Since a young age, Anita has had a passion for education and learning. As early as high school, she remembers sitting in several classes thinking to herself, "I could've taught this a lot better than him/her." She took that as a challenge to become an educator and reach students by presenting information differently in the classroom so that it would interest the students, challenge them on any level, and cause them to connect the learning in the classroom to the lessons of life.

Now, she travels from one school district to the next, challenging and empowering teachers of all tenure levels to perfect their craft of unlocking the minds of future generations. With tried practices, humor, and great energy, Anita will show you why teaching is still the best profession and how you can have your best year yet without burning out or losing yourself in the process.
